As we all know, Cats have their own personality and most definitely an attitude.  I have had 3 cats of my own, and I also took care of my mom’s cat and my godson’s cat.  Needless to say, each of those 5 cats have/had their own distinct personality and are/were lovable furballs.  In fact, my two darling furbabies, Cuddles and Kit Kat have started their page.  Please be sure to check out their page.  They would love some friends.  And I heard they are giving out some blog candy of their own, including a special treat to a furry friend follower.
My first cat, Fluffy, was a gift from my  friend, Wendy, when we were in 8th grade going into high school.  She was a very sweet cat.  She loved to play with our dog, Frosty.  In fact, she often helped the dog get extra snacks by hopping up on the counter, and knocking the dog treat container over so it spilled on to the floor where Frosty could get her extra treats.  She loved finding unusual places to sleep during the day like the big potted plant, the canopy of my canopy bed, a hat or the manager at Christmas.  Fluffy lived to the age of 16. Fluffy was part Siamese and Angora.  She had beautiful blue eyes.

She thinks it was her duty to guard baby Jesus.

When a friend's cat had kittens, I got two kittens from her.  I gave one to my Mom, and one to my Godson.  Tuffy was my Mom's cat.  He was a tan tabby cat.  When we brought him home, he immediately adopted Fluffy as his surrogate mom, and would follow her around.  He also loved cuddling with his sister, Sabrina.  Tuffy loved food ----lasagne, pizza.  He use to meet the pizza man at the door.   He also like to bite my nails.  He was so cute and loved cuddling.  When he was 10, he became very sick and we discovered he had a hole in his heart.  Unfortunately, he left us shortly after.

A rabbit we got at Great America which he promptly claimed as his own.

Tuffy waiting for Santa Claus

Sabrina was my godson’s cat, and Tuffy’s sister.  She was a calico.  Jon nicknamed her “Boots” as her feet were white like boots.   Sabrina was so small and just a little lady.  She loved orange sherbet and tuna.   She loved mothering Tuffy and Cuddles.  She knew when we were sick and she would come to comfort us.  Sabrina lived to the age of 16.
 Did someone say "TUNA"

I decided to make a book for my mom about Tuffy, but then, I realized how fond she was of the other four cats.  So, I am including all them. She loves/loved each one of them.  So, I started this book, and I will divide it into five sections.  The first section will be my Mom's cat, Tuffy and here is my first page.  A very simple layout.

The second page is also very simple.
The third page describes one of Tuffy's favorite activities:  CATNAPPING
The fourth page is A Day In the Life.

And the fifth page is It's All About Catitude which is something Tuffy definitely had.
And for a swap, I made these little deco squares.  I used my Sizzix and this adorable paper.

Now, hop on over to Tina at Crafty and Green and see the beautiful creations she has made for the hop.  Please be sure to stop by tomorrow and hop along with us again to see more crafty creations.  Remember, to adopt/rescue a little furry feline friend.

First of all I love all of your pictures and your cats were/are beautiful! My Grumpy also lived to 16. Something about that number?
Next I love that Fluffy protected the baby Jesus..:) Seeing her laying right in the middle of the display reminded me of how Grumpy would lay right in the middle of my scrapping or writing or what ever I decided to do while sitting at the table.
Your album is great and I know your mom will be thrilled!

Thanks for letting me be a part of this blog hop.

I love your projects...they're great. I love how Fluffy decided to protect baby Jesus ...that was so cute..My cat Cheetah that I had would lay across my keyboard and make typing tough. She'd swat when I'd type ... no claws out but jsut the tap tap when I'd type.

Thanks for sharing all those photos. It actually brought back some great memories of my own kitties of the past, especially the laundry basket photo. I had a cat that would bury herself in laundry, especially just out of the dryer warm laundry! And I love that your kitties have their own blog.
I hope your mom loves the scrapbook you are creating. It is beautiful. Love the "catnap" page. Must hop along now. TFS! - Debbie
